refund Money paid

<p>Good Day </p> <p> </p> <p> I Ordered and Made a payment for a shoe from Tiffany Jade Wellen who Owns an On –line SITE Called Scarlet On Line.</p> <p> Tiffany sent Out an Information email ON 24/10/2016 regarding payment stating: `Please note that an order is only successful once payment is made, All my stock is from overseas so delivery takes about 20 to 30 days. Please submit size and delivery address.`</p> <p>The Payment and size of shoe was sent back to Tiffany on the 25/10/2016 as I had to make certain that the shoe would be here by the 03/12/2016 .</p> <p>I had a conversation with Tiffany in person regarding the order and arrival and she assured me it would be in my possession by the 03/12/2016 or even before That.</p> <p>On the 03/11/2016 Tiffany sent me a tracking email stating: `As you will see package has arrived in South Africa but needs to be cleared by customs. Will keep you updated``</p> <p>On the 27/11/2016 I messaged Tiffany requesting for an update of the Order and if the shoes, and confirm if the shoes will be in possession by 30/12/2016 as I was leaving for the wedding ON THE 02/12/2016 , Tiffany was unsympathetic and advised that if I can’t wait she will refund me the Monies.</p> <p>On the 29/11/2016 I got into contact with Tiffany again and to my dismay, she was abrupt and seemed to have an attitude , she now advised that’s she doesn’t have money to refund and Only gets paid on the 30/11/2016 , I requested several time for the Money to be deposited into my bank account on the 30/11 and then Tiffany advised then again changed her Mind and advised I would have to wait for the shoes to arrive and be resold before getting an Money out of her .</p> <p>I became angry and advised that she didn’t have the right to inconvenience me any further and I would need on such short notice to look for another pair of shoes and I needed to money. She again was Unsympathetic and ended the call .</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent her an email requesting for deposit to be made to me on the 30/11/2016 However Tiffany ignored my email . Since then Tiffany has blocked my email to her email address ********** <p>she has blocked My number on WhatsApp to her Number ********** 693 , and she has blocked my from her online Facebook page Scarlet online .</p> <p> </p> <p>All I WANT IS My R450 to be deposited back into My account before the 15/12/2016 . I have borrowed r450 to purchase another pair of shoes and need to pay those Monies back </p> <p> </p>
