Best purchase of the year
I bought a beard trimmer and a body groomer combo around June. The delivery was faster than I expected. I thought it would take a few weeks but got a call 3 days later to say they were at my door. o.o Both came in travel cases. I was very surprised by the sturdiness of the travel cases as those types of things are usually poor quality and just there to make the item look good when you are looking to buy them Before buying I contacted support to ask a question about the beard trimmer and was very glad to be connected to an actual person and was helped immediately. Which is part of the reason I'm writing this review The beard trimmer works really well, but it was my first time using a body trimmer. It took some getting used to but the results were better than I expected All in all I feel like I got my moneys worth, which is rarely the case when ordering something online

Expect the following response: We understand that the product you received doesn't perfectly match the images seen in our Facebook posts. Those particular visuals were part of an experimental AI-generated concept we used to explore and refine the ideal angles and proportions for the trimmer's design. We're actively working on finalising the updates to bring the physical product even closer to that vision.

Requested a refund on a headshaver but was told it's a personal hygiene item and cannot be refunded. Then why does the website states that there's a 30 day money back guarantee if the customer is not satisfied with the product? How does one know if something works if you don't use it?Instead i was sent shaving tips as if this idiot has not been shaving for 40 years. Bees don't explain to flies the difference between **** and honey... Don't buy this overglorified waste of time
