Bad Service from SCANTOPDF

<p>I have purchased software from Scantopdf online but have had no backup from them to get the software activated. I have sent variuos emails and have the same response every time and that is to follow a certain link that take me nowhere. To crown it all they have deactivated certain functions on my computer which was functional before. </p>
