Bad loan provider

Good day

Please I need your assistance, since I took a loan from m scanfin and I have finished paying them long time ago,and they have even gave me a proof of payment that I don't owe them.But in my credit report from my credit check they have resubmitted the information as if I still owe them .the report is generated from COMPUSCAN consumer care.Please I need your advice and assistance because it is like ,I have took another loan and this is not correct. These people are denting my credit report status unnecessary soo.
