SCALA PHARMACY DURBAN AT THE MARKET

On the 20th of January 2019 I had a bad service experience at scalla pharmacy in Durban the one in the market I normally use scala in west street they are the best I went there to buy pills the old african lady told me after standing in the que for 15 minutes to go to the next counter ok I move n join another que shem I get to the front the lady told to go back to that old african lady ok I Kept quite I went to the old lady when I am at the front I told her I need morning after pills she shout for every one in the pharmacy to hire she said what must I do with this morning after pill people I was at the store with another customer the other one said vusi said they must fil in forms ok I was quite n this other customer lady asked me do they know you I said no why she said why they shouting for everyone to hire what we buying . Ok finally the other lady took the pills and give me I left disappointed because there were other people in the pharmacy n if someone is buying a medication they shout at one another I found it very unprofessional and disrespectful to announce what medication I am buying in the pharmacy scala pharmacy market please treat us with respect we are also high professionals at our work place because we come to your pharmacy that serve lower market people it doesn't mean we should be disrespected .Please visit other scala pharmacy branches you will see how they treat customers I am not asking much I ask for respect and understand ur customers expectation of service.. thank you
