REAL CUNSUMER SPECIALIST

Swift response from Mich to my complaint but I like to call it feedback. He responded today not tomorrow or never. This is the kind of service you'd expect as a customer. Other companies they full of themselves but I salute what Mich did for his company, he is a real consumer specialist. He promised to give me another product as consolation for the experience I got from their product. What he did can't go unnoticed. SC Johnson is lucky to have you Mich.
