EMPTY PROMISES

On 13 October 2015 I lodged a complaint to SC Johnson about their Kiwi Liquid shoe polish. Both bottles sponges came off after the first use. Mich promised me vouchers to be delivered on 14 October 2015, but after several e-mails and requests I am still waiting for the vouchers. Even my last e-mail delivered no response.
