POOR SERVICE

SC Homes and pools has the worst service yet. We involved them in building our swimming pool. They started digging the hole on 8 October 2021, beginning of November 2021 the pool was not even halfway done yet (bear in mind the day they started they said it will take about 3 weeks to complete the pool). 25 November the swimming pool was completed with a rush. They were supposed to build a boma next to our pool aswell, which they couldn't complete due to financial reasons from the company. We chose to rather leave the boma as we struggled to get the pool finished anyway. On 10 December 2021 our whole pool cracked right through. We phoned the contractor and he said they will be there the Saturday to start fixing the problem. That Saturday passed by and no one pitched up. A whole lot of messages back and forth he said the swimming pool would be completed before christmas (we had our whole family coming over to our house for christmas day) .. end of the day, they never even started fixing the pool before christmas. On 8 January 2022 someone pitched at our house to have a look at whats going on. Today is 02 February 2022 and our pool is not completed yet. 5 months later, a bunch of empty promises and a company that got completely paid for the job which is a mess. Please help us resolve this problem!!!! Hello Peter, we need you guys.
