SC Appliance Repair ignoring my calls after poor workmanship

Be careful with this company, they are very keen to come out and replace parts on your appliance with a warrantee of 6 months workmanship. However they leave before making sure the appliance work as it is supposed to and then you have to pay. I lost R1500 this way and now they are not responding to my calls and also not coming back to fix the problem after numerous confirmations on appointments but then no show. Their website does not actually represent who they claim they are . Next steps Ombutsman.
