SBV NO REMORSE AND HOSTILE DRIVERS

An SBV truch hit my car while it was standing still in a parking lot in front of a shopping mall, this was on the 24th December 2019. Since today NOBODY has contacted me, I have gone through the claims process, sent emails everyday, spoke to Rudy Erasmus and sent him messages every second day, Still nothing, their drive was in the wrong, drove into my car and was all hostile when I confronted him. They have absolutely no remorse for you. I've sent emails to 5 different people all dealing with claims, NOTHING, no response, no email, no phone call, when I call they are never available. What should I do?
