SBV guards playing with.guns and bullets

I would like to understand from SBV management what their rules are with regards to firing guns. We are intimidated and harassed by some of their security guards who are always firing shots not far from our gate. The neighbours are too scared to report the matter and this happens almost every week. Do the guns and the bullets get monitored or are SBV guards allowed to fire shots at whoever and whenever they feel like it. We are living in fear and seeking help.
