I am writing to you as an unhappy person, your vehicle (jw 41 hj gp) hit my parked vehicle on the 30th of May. My vehicle was parked where I work and your vehicle smashed my car and now it's immobile and your insurance decides to write off my car and offer me R3000, this is an insult of galactic proportions I don't care about your valuation of my vehicle I drove this car to work every day just fine until your drivers smashed into it now you tell me you are writing my car off and giving me 3000 what ******* is that. Please consult a repairer and fix my car not this nonsense you are telling me.
