Poor Service delivery to the clients!?

I called SBV asking for a quote for a tender I had received at the Municipality, I was transferred to a guy by the name of Zukisani Nopulula who is a Salesperson! What a bad service he is giving me and it has been a week since I have been waiting for my quote and the tender I’m sure it will pass if it has not yet passed me, when I called him on Monday, he said he is in Johannesburg for a meeting but I will get my quote late that day, up till now he is not picking up my calls and I have sent him dozens of messages requesting help, but he seems to be unable to do his job!

Hellopeter Help with this message to get to his boss and they must please find someone whose going to be able to deliver to clients as they have agreed to do on their contracts, this is in called for and there are people who want this job he is playing with, please SBV find a suitable person for this job and remove that idiot who doesn’t deserve it!
