POOR HR DEPARTMENT AND HIRING PROCESS

HR department don't know what they are doing. They schedule you for VSA, when u arrive they make you wait 2 hours then hook you up to a polygraph. Extremely poor communication from their side. Drag you along for 3 weeks while they give you the run around... All this while you have to lie about going for psychometric tests for which you have to take leave for, then once that gets done, you get booked for something else. Then they ask you in a polygraph if whether you have **** to anyone who trusted you??? If this is the interview process, what is the hiring process and other processes like... Glad I don't work there.
