Intimidating tennants

<p>On Saturday 18 March I tried to enter the Campus Square parking lot to park at my usual spot. I have been working at Campus Square for 5 years and parked at the same spot for 5 years - 6 days a week. As I entered, I was blocked by the SBV cash in transit van. I politely asked the security company to move the van, when they told me to just drive pass them. I explained to them that my car have a big turning circle and that we won't be able to fit. I then was told to go and park somewhere else as they were loading the ABSA ATM. Getting slightly annoyed I told them that I don't care what they do, please just move the van so I can pass. </p> <p>They moved the van and as I parked, I could hear them making remarks - very loudly, enough to alert Servest, our security company.</p> <p>I got my 7 month baby from the car and asked them what their problem was. The guys where sitting in the van and the co-driver opened the doorclearly displaying his gun. Servest then asked me what was wrong and the co-driver kept on talking over me. Eventually I told him to shut up as he was very rude.</p> <p>I had to go as I was begining to run late for work and walked to the lift as my boy is his pram. The van registration number DN34VH GP pulled up behind my car. I had no time and had to leave as I am now decently late.</p> <p>I entered the lift and when I got to the top floor, realised my practise key is still in my car. Went down the lift again and found the van still lingering in the parking around my car.</p> <p>What is your problem? Intimidating me is one thing, but to threaten my kid is a whole differt ball game. Just because you have big guns, doesn't mean you can intimidate me. I don't apreciate the way you talked to me and tried to intimidate and threaten me - especially if I have my son with me. The whole situation just upset him.</p> <p>Servest promised to make sure that they will check that the SBV van doesn't block the entrance, yet they still park directly in the entrance.</p> <p> </p>
