Do they even care about others on the road

I am so sick and TIRED of SBV in Laub st. Their cars take up the ENTIRE road, they sit in their cars with the hazzards on and expect you to fight oncoming traffic to go around them! If it's not the SBV cars in the street it's their employees cars! I'm so sick of having to squeeze through 2 cars on either side of a double road to get to my place of business! They have no regard for the rules of the road and couldn't care less about the cars around them. They reverse out of no where and you're expected to stop and let them through! Really is some type of other ********!
