chairperson is bias

Was in a hearing for an alleged offence by a member of the public . Sbv did not have sufficant evidance and chairperson allowed the woman to scream at me during the hearing .proved on several occasions that member of public is lying but was never taken into acount. Also proved that manager of sbv was in breach of the firearm control act chapter 16 but chairperson said it was not rellavant
