Bad driving and arrogant security guard/driver

On Thursday 29 April 2021 at around 11am, at wilro gate centre, 1 of sbv driver's hit my car and drove. He drove off even though I tried stopping him. I had to leave my vehicle at the accident scene and run after him. I eventually caught up to the truck, where I confronted him and he kept laughing at me telling me he didn't notice, when I asked him why he drove off and why he is laughing, he asked "what was he supposed to do?" I immediately called ***, to which a lady, answered and took my details and said I would get a call back.

He refused to give me his name or contact numbers, I insisted to get his license (MP Mapaila), and he gave me a number ***), which he claims is the supervisor Joseph.

I spoke to "Joseph" explaining the matter, and he apologized for the drivers actions and "don't care attitude" . I asked for his official email, and he promised to text it to me.

It is now 3 days later, and still no word from your company, or from "Joseph " the supervisor.
