Arrogant and abusive guards

I think it's high time authorities take action against the SBV guards. I've observed that a lot of people are complaining and the very company that hire arrogant and law unto themselves gurads did not bother to respond. This morning I was verbally abused by the guard who even went as far as swearing at me. This arrogant and I'll trained security officers need to understand that their job is not more important than any other, they own no a space outside of their offices. These guards should be trained on how to talk with people.
