SBTJ PROPERTY CC : NERINA DEVELOPMENT OWNER

<p>Hello to all</p> <p> </p> <p>I am an owner in the development called Nerina located on East Road, Moringside, Sandton. </p> <p> </p> <p>The Developer of Nerina is SBTJ PROPERTY CC and is selling units in this complex.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to inform the unsuspecting public to PLEASE DO NOT BURN YOUR FINGERS AND YOUR MONEY. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX.</p> <p>Many of the existing owners in Nerina (myself included) are having endless problems with the Developer.</p> <p> Some of these problems relate to poor workmanship, failure to adhere to contactual terms and many others. </p> <p>Many owners have taken SBTJ PROPERTY CC to court over these issues and many owners are feeling very **********.</p> <p> </p> <p>The entire process has been a nightmare from the get go. And many units have been poorly finished and not in accordance with the agreements. Please don't fall for the shiny brochures with false promises of lifestyle facilities.</p> <p> </p> <p>As an owner I felt it necessary to share this with the public especially potential purchasers in the development.</p> <p> </p> <p>This might even have a negative impact on the value of my own property in Nerina, but so be it. I have a duty to speak! </p> <p> </p> <p>Please be careful guys. The development is not even worth the 1 star of this rating.</p>
