A ********** unprofessional business activity

Hello Peter.. I trusted this company. I ordered online.. I got order *** paid the bills so that my parcel can be delivered.. Guess wat.. I have calling them everyday, sending emails and watsapp messages to track my parcel.. Or rather payment.. I've them a proof of payment from my bank.. They said its not reflecting on their bank whereas I made immediate payment. I gave them further 4 days.. They said I should go ask my bank.. I went back to my bank and they did confirm my payment was successful to them.. Now everyday they keep on telling me that they will check with their accounts department and never get back to me, everyday.. This is so awful, unprofessional and ********** behavior from a big business as theirs.. This is my last approach to them and I am gonna put up a case against them,a very strong one.. They are so pathetic, its nothing that everyone expected.
