Value for money

I am a member at sbk gym which now they deny me access even thou I have paid them in full which I was doing for the past 4 month and paying before time. Their reason is that they need a bank account whereas I told them I have a problem with my bank but I am paying my monthly installments in time. Now they told me I can't gym without account number and I send them the email to stapulate why did they allow me to pay and later deny me access but they never responded to my email. Value for my money is not there coz I paid for nothing now and they expect me to pay again end of the month. What they need is the money for the service because if I give them an account without money will they give me services?they need money to render me the service which I do but they can't service me or else because my bank account is no longer active and paying is not enough they must cancel me for their membership.
