SBK GYM at Germiston bad service

I would like to share a complain i have with SBK GYM at Germiston, i can't evwn remember how many times we've been calling, emailing and WhatsApping the owner by the name of Willie. We've been complaining about their premises...first that place os filthy, the service sucks, aerobics room flooring is broken, spinning bikes are broken, bathrooms are licking and as far as i know gym place must be hygienic but hell no, not SBK Germiston. Today we had a Box class and a so called "Security guard" came in the class and told us we need to reduce the music, then a woman by the name Lorraine came and said thw same. To start with aerobics class must have music, they treat people like trash. Already they lost lots of clients because of their attitude and behaviour towards staff. We were told that they're us a favour and we're paying there i don't know how they're doing is a favour. Even that Willie boss of them his always lying and ducking when he has to sort out issues. What a waste of people's time and money. Their service is nothing but TRASH.
