Sbk gym

I was recruited to join this gym and was very happy with how everything was done fast and easy, until I had to relocate and had to yo cancel my membership. I was given the runaround, spent my money going to the gym and calling their offices but still didn't get the required help. I had to keep paying until my membership expired in February. To my surprise, in March they still deducted, I call and they said they will keep deducting until I come to cancel my membership, I sent someone there and they told her they cannot reach head office so she must leave her number they will get back to her, we are in May now and we're still waiting. These people are practically forcing me to keep paying for services I'm not using. I've never regretted joining anything like I regret joining their gym.
