Disappointed loyal customer!!!

Been tolerating this **** from beginning of this year, if the machines ain’t working then it’s terrible service from manager called Kgaugelo, who doesn’t even have customer service etiquette. He approached me while I was busy exercising telling me bags are not allowed on the gym area. Bare in mind this is new to me as I’ve been having my bag beside me from day 1 since I joined the gym. Now all of a sudden he approaches me with some nasty attitude thinking he owns the gym telling me bags are not allowed. Look rules are rules and I wasn’t going to hesitate to put my bag in the locker but the ****T ATTITUDE that he gave me is what ****ed me of the most. I am very much disappointed as I’ve been a loyal customer from day 1 and this is the kind of attitude I receive? I really hope you’ll deal with this matter in a more just manor!
