COVID Non compliant

The 1 star rating for SBK gym is actually too generous, on Friday I went there to cancel my account and to explain to them why I’m not interested in their services, I was speaking to the manager Tlou who I had set up a meeting with earlier, during our meeting a gentleman called “KG” who was sitting on the table 1 meter away from where we were sitting stood up decided rudely interject our meeting by sitting next to me, I asked him and the manager to cover themselves correctly with their masks, the manager did so, but he refused and told me that it’s his preference, And facetiously said “ wena you know everything, you’re an expert”. He then then went on to leverage the fact I came to the gym to seek help and said if I want to be helped I’ll stop telling him to cover his nose, this is despite SBK atteridgeville had a case of someone testing positive for covid. The Manager of this gym sat quietly and didn’t reprimand his subordinate/colleague.

SBK gym left a bad taste in my mouth, they are unprofessional, have the worst customer service I have experienced, not only that they do not care about the law and the lives of people they put at risk.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to join that gym.
