cancellation of membership

last week i called their number ********** several times no one answered i sent and email no one responded, i then called at protea north where i joined i was told that they will call me back, which they didn't today i called again i was assisted by mbali , i told her i wanted to arranged for the cancellation amount, she then told me again they will call me, when i ask when she said she doesn't know, i ask if she can may be estimate number of days at least.. she then told me that she cant explain that to me. as a result i wasn't assisted. its realy sad to think how she was convincing me to join , now that i have a problem and im forced to cancel the membership because we have relocated from where i was staying.
