Extra Charges

Hi There ,<br> <br> I have a SBI Account which is opened with Zero balance ,they said no charges for SBI Account and only charges for transactions.But they are deducting money 25 Rands per month if i don't keep 250 minimum balance ,locking online banking credentials then taking 45 Rands to change Password.<br> <br> They never specified about minimum balance ,they never sent message about minimum balance notification but they deducted 25 Rands for each month.<br> If minimum balance is 250 rands then why did they open a Account with Zero balance ?,why did they tell client no charges?whey didn't they send warning message to maintain minimum balance?<br> <br> Please get me my money back.<br> <br> Thanks<br> V Konduru<br>
