Plaster made of SBC cement falls from walls

I purchased 60 bags of (SABS) cement from SBC. All mixtures were checked and controlled but the cement failed to produce the expected hardness. SBC sent a representative from the manufacturer to me. They collected a bag and sent it for a \test". How can the objectivity of this \""test\"" be conclusive or trusted? The final \""results\"" have not even been passed on to me. SBC so far has done nothing to protect me as a customer at all. They ignore correspondence and force me to seek assistance elsewhere.<br> Take heed when buying from SBC.
