Horrible experience

I am utterly disgusted with your service delivery.

I contracted Brandon to transport four Harley Davidson's from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Upon making the booking I asked Brandon if the four motorcycles would fit in his trailer and van and he confirmed that they would. Brandon then confirmed he would collect the motorcycles on the Monday the 23rd of October.

On that Monday morning he told me that he will collect during the course of the day. At 15h00 he was still with a client in Somerset West and told me that he would collect thereafter but never arrived at the dealership. Brandon collected the motorcycle from the dealership only on Tuesday the 24th at 17h30 but had to go back the next day to collect documentation from the dealership. On the morning of Wednesday the 25th I phoned Brandon only to be told that a taxi drove into him last night and that he has flown his driver to Johannesburg to fetch his other vehicle to complete the trip but to our surprise he got to the dealership a few hours later with his vehicle in perfect condition.

Upon delivery of the motorcycles we discovered that he removed the panniers to make the Harley Davidsons fit in his trailer. These panniers wasn’t covered properly and clearly not stowed away securely, they got badly scratched as they clearly got tossed around.

In addition the driver dropped one of the motorcycles during the off load session, he removed the securing strap from the stand side coursing the motorcycle to flip to the opposite side and the bike landed against the trailer’s roof support bracket. This left the motorcycles fairing with a deep scratch.

I proceeded to provide Brandon with three different quotes for the repair work only to be told that they are to expensive and that his approved repair centre will do the work for a 10th of the price. The paint on the one Harley Davidson is very unique and I warrant you will not cost a 10th of the price.

I have since requested that Brandon send me his Goods in Transit Policy to confirm that he is insured for damages but I am yet to receive this confirmation.

The constant lies and empty promises just keeps on going.
