SBA Specialized Business Activity/ Autorent2own

SBA Specialized Business Activity supposedly specialize in Business rescue, Legal assistance, New companies, Liquidations as well as having there auto-rent 2 own side to assist client. A family run business. They offer this type of assistance to clients that are in need if these types of services. In turn i have had a really bad experience with them as they are a family run business ass mentioned. What they offer is not what they they actually offer, its there way or no way, at the end of the day its not about the client, its how much we can get out of the client. You may be caught in a family feud as one family member does not know how to be professional and ill equipped to problem solving for there clients. As i had found out the hard way with them. I went to the company and sat with the owner, sat across a table form me and said, ( Not to worry we can assist you and he has heard of a lot of people tasking there own lives due to not understanding certain elements of our law etc, this is what his company does) After our discussion about business etc, the have another company called autorent2own, This is also run by his sons wife and so on. What was discussed and what i got after our meeting, was 2 very different things. I had paid a that day after our meeting a initial starting fee. Now wanting to get a vehicle, 2 days after the meeting i was given a preferred vehicle list, which in turn this was not discussed or mentioned. I had asked politely for a different one as i didn't feel safe with family etc that were on the list. Never the less i received an e-mail from the owner that SBA as well as auto-rent 2 own would not be assisting me, which highly unprofessional, no morals or respect for any clients. False advertising and this is the type of service they offer. Again if one family member doesn't like you, or they are unable to resolve a situation as set out in there company profile, or unable to understand that you are the client at the end of the day, paying, thats what there business is made up of clients, thats it, they work on emotional decisions due to a family members emotional state, rather than morals and respect for a client as appose to resolving the issue amicable, they would rather chase a client away and say we cannot help, which left me in a situation. i wouldn't refer them or suggest anyone use them, there are better and highly professional companies that offer the same service and are able to resolve all disputes or issues amicably within there company as well as deliver on what they have set out in there company profile. A family run business that is only interested in there pockets and not the client, this goes for all that they offer. Really disgusting and what people do to make money from good people that have made a bad decision or 2 in there life.
