Refund

I feel helpless with the unfair and rude treatment i received at S&B Unique 2 Fashion ( ********** ) a small fashion shop located at checkers Westdene in nelson mandela drive. I bought a morhair black dress on 08/05/2018 at 16:58. Upon arrival at home, while i was about to fit the dress i spotted a big whole on the side hem which appeared to be a factory fault. That discovery prompted me to inspect the dress further and i spotted another hole that appeared to have been a damage caused by a moth. I decided there and then that i cannot pay for something that i still have to fix so i put it back in the package with the till slip but did not manage to take it back to the shop the following day (09/05/2018) as i was working out of town. On 10/05/2018 at 08:16 i went to the store and they were still closed so i went back in the afternoon around 16:40 to explain my situation and was told about their refund policy and that i could exchange the dress only to find that the colour i chose (black) was the last one and they had the off white one which they forced me to take and i refused. The manager told me the damage was my fault and that she is doing me a favour by offering exchange which i felt was unfair treatment coz when they sold the dress they did not check it and because it is a black morhair dress the holes were not vissible for anyone to notice. Out of grief, anger and frustration i left the dress at their shop because i did not want it anymore and they did not want to give me my money back. I would like you to intervene so that i can have my money back.?
