SB PROPERTIES DOBSONVILLE EXT 2 Sabelo Malinga

The is a company called SB PROPERTIES situated in Dobsonville extension 2 just next to Dobson Point the company is owned by the guy named Sabelo Malinga whom we approached to assist us in,selling our house in Doornkop things were going well until we signed the documents now the money from the buyers is with the lawyers now he wants us to buy a house from him but because we found something better than his houses we didn't now he is wading things like a Stove I'm a statement meaning we must by a new stove for the people who bought our house and we declared the stove not working before we could sign the documents again he is working with someone who fixes electricity for R14 000 the electricity which was working perfectly so.he even forced us to move out of the house before we could get our money saying the new owners want to move in immediately ..the guy is cruel he cannot work well with people so if you want to sell your home don't even think of this company Sabelo will rip you off every cent you will walk away with nothing
