Horrible Service from SB Jams Pty (Ltd). They are an agent for BondiBlu Sunglasses and promotional company.

We started doing business with them in April 2023. Six transactions went well. They quoted on labels, we paid. And we received our product.

The last payment we made on the 5th of May 2023, we received a quarter of the stock after 3 weeks via an Uber delivery.

We also ordered R21 000 (Paid together with the label order on the 5th of May 2023) worth of promotional products as a sponsor for the Special Disability Olympic team 2023. Until now we have heard nothing. He has blocked all our ways of communication, and no products have been delivered.
