Disappointed for the last time

Totally disappointed in Sazbar Roadhouse Brakpan. Since the moment we stopped there we felt totally disappointed in their service, delivery and even their food.

When we arrived the waiter took a slow stroll to our car as if she really did not want us to be there, we knew what we wanted and ordered but yet she was not writing anything down. We gave her specific instructions to remove the garnish from one burger and add avo to the other. She strolled back to the kitchen window and looked back at us and we knew she had no clue.

The food finally arrived and our suspicions were correct, there was still garnish on both burgers and not one had avo on. We sent the food back asking that they please prepare one new burger without garnish and just add avo to the other.

They brought us one "apparently fresh" made burger wich when we arrived home found out was the exact same burger, they only sc****d off the garnish and added sauce over everything to cover it up but we found the same problem under all the added sauce.

So they clearly don't want to serve you, and they have no problem lying to their customers. But this is only one of many times they have disappointed us and it was the last time.
