WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paid the company in advance!!!! Yet my account was still debited and when it is time to assist with my refund I am told that the HR manager who handles refunds is on leave for 2 weeks after been told my account would be settled on the 21 September. Intially "Siphokani" admitted that she forgot to remove my account from the debit order cycle. Now I am inconvenienced because of *********** staff.
