Making use of Saya Recoveries to get money in, but no one ever replies?

The arrears heaped up to lack of communication. For months I've asked to arrange a debit order, but nothing?

I'm not happy with my account being with Saya, how will I struggle to get off the debit order cycle when I'm done paying.
