Worst company!! ****mers!!

The worst debt collectors ever. I settled my account in February and we are now in June yet I am still receiving emails and sms’s to say that I am still owing. When I call I am being sent from pillar to post and being informed that I have 2 sportscenes accounts. How is that possible? Im being told theres a balance outstanding, how when you guys are the ones who gave me the total outstanding balance? The guy I dealt with, Kagiso I think said he would send me my paid up letter within 30 days, but I still havent received it.
