Very Poor Service, Their mail box only appears to work if you are sending them money/proof of payment; anything else, you will not get feedback.

I receive calls to claim/ask me to settle an account that I am not aware of at the time, and have never received the bill of before. I ask them to send me a statement of such an account, but I never get feedback/the statement. Months go by, and then I get an email threatening that I will be listed on ITC for failure to pay. The reply is still the same from me, please forward me a state to which I never get a reply. Then a month later, I have a listing notice on my credit profile. I mean, how do you list someone whom you have never attempted to provide with the information asked of you? Are we supposed to blindly pay someone who claims we owe them? To say I'm frustrated with your actions is an understatement. #Trash!
