Very frustrated!!

I was contacted about an outstanding amount for planet fitness and was told that I have to make the payment on the day without banking details or the amount outstanding. I asked the employee of Saya if he could call me back explaining the situation. In the mean time the bank account was blacklisted. I was finally help after the one employee pressed end call just as i got through with the amount and details 2 days after this and am now sitting with the blacklist situation. Very bad service sounds like random people calling from a club. Can barley hear anyone speak and all around just highly frustrated with getting though to them.
