Very disappointing treatment by Saya Recoveries and unfair treatment after paying off the debt.

Saya Recoveries listed me as a default on January 2021 for a Netcare bill. I started making payments from Feb on the account and settled it in June 2021. I am still listed as a default. I communicated with a consultant, Tebogo and she said she would update my ITC records. Until today, this has not been done. Currently seeking legal advise on this as this is in breach of the National Credit Act
