Utterly disgusting and unprofessional

Spoke to a consultant today 21st December at 10h00 called Sello, he was extremely rude to my wife this is why I took the phone. I had to ask twice who I'm speaking to before he introduced himself. I then asked what the problem was and he started to ramble and spoke to me Asif I'm mentally retardant... He didn't give me a chance to speak cause he kept on rambling and when I asked a question he just kept on rambling... Extremely rude and utterly unprofessional.
