Useless

<p>Out of the blue I get an email stating I owe Planet Fitness over R14,000 and that I have to pay it immediately...</p> <p> </p> <p>Fat chance I am going to pay for a contract I CANCELLED in writing with the gym in the cool down period as they **** about the services and facilites.</p> <p> </p> <p>How about the decency to actually communicate with someone instead of sending an email demanding money. I REFUSE to pay a cent to either company especially when it seems that your client (Planet Fitness) can't seem to get its act together.</p> <p> </p> <p>Let's just add that it has been over 5 YEARS since I cancelled the contract - maybe your client should catch a wake up.</p>
