Unfair Collection Charges and Unblocked Line

I'm frustrated with the experience I've had with both companies. I'm being charged for collection, but no collection efforts were made. My debt was paid in full before my account was handed over to SAYA Recoveries on 1 October. I wasn't informed about the handover.

I spoke to a very rude consultant named Zandile, who told me to pay for collection. I find it unfair to charge me when I've been trying to contact them to unblock my line. Both companies have refused to unblock my line despite my efforts to resolve this.
