They won't stop calling me for somebody elses debt

I've been receiving calls from this company on my cell phone for more than a year now for a Monique Calitz. Although I give them my name and tell them I do not know a Monique Calitz and request that they stop calling me, I still get these calls. I've also gone on their website and requested that they remove my contact details from this person's profile but still no reaction, just more calls. This is absolute harassment and my next step will be legal action against Saya Recoveries.
