They speak to people like trash and think they are God

This business has some of the worst employees! They speak to you like you are lower than *** sh*t and its disgusting! You try to speak to them but they do not want to hear your voice, only their own. 2/3 different people phone me and I try to tell them someone has just spoken to me and why haven't notes been made on the system as I now have to repeat myself 3 times and I get spoken over and in a round about way, told I am lying! I do not know who their employees think they are, but how they run their business is disgusting!
