They put me in trouble.

I received a settlement figure from them(Saya Recoveries) for African Bank last year in July. I paid 215k mid-July last year to settle African bank. I kept on phoning African Bank informing them that I have settled the account hence I couldn't understand why they kept on saying I owe them. I previously had a conference call with African bank and Saya Recoveries( Zenzo from company) trying to resolve the matter. The last conversation we had was that the matter will be resolved, and I shouldn't get any calls and I will get my settlement letter, that is like 5 months ago since 215k was paid. I was surprised yesterday when I was told that I paid 215k for nothing, meaning the account isn't settled cause there was a debit order reversal done on my account. the issue is that only after 6 months and all along I couldn't be told that my money just went down the drain. I am Unemployed and that is the reason why I wanted to close the account. What am I going to pay the balance with if my 215k I paid didn't close the account as agreed?
