The arrangement letter is my right!!!

Good day my name is Sifiso Miya, I am here express my disgust with Capfin associate s Saya Recoveries,

I lost my employment a year ago, I have not been paying my account, I have been in communication with Capfin and Saya, I lately have a potential employer so that I can pay them as well they refused to send the confirmation of the agreement for the arrangement even when I advised them that its for a job opportunity, instead they want the person that wishes to employ me to request the letter, I mean that person is not my HR yet how can you ask that from them? MONDLI ZIBULA AND SANDRA SOLOMON BOTH tolde I lost my right to have any request the day Capfin gave them the account.

According to what I know if we enter into a transection or there is a development on a transection the rightfull parties must be notified in writing, they refused blatantly and telling me its the company policy whi CH is against consumer rights.

Please help this is standing in a way for me to be employable and even pay them.
