Terrible service

<p>I had been contacted by Saya Recoveries in July 2015 informing me that I had been handed over for debt collection for a gym account (we had opened a gym account in 2014, the gym had confirmed that they would be opening in May 2014, then moved it up to June 2014, then ended up only opening in July, yet they had tried to debit my husband's account in May before they had even opened). At first I disputed it, but ended up paying it in August 2015 as I dod not want the debt on my name. I was then harassed about the payment of my husband's account (which he had actually paid already). From then on I hadn't received any further communication so I assumed that they had allocated my payment. I received an sms on the 29th June this year reminding me to pay my account.. which was paid almost a year ago. I have emailed two different people at Saya requesting that my payment be allocated and to be sent an updated statement with a nil balance. There has been no confirmation of receipt of my email or response. Shocking </p>
