Taking me for a ride

<p>Good day,</p> <p>On 16/01/2017 I spoke to Mirriam Banda regarding Planet fitness account and she offered me a discount and said I could pay it off in 3 months then I took that offer for her to deduct R1084 from my account for 3 months, in March after they deducted the what was suppose to be the last amount i called again for the paid up letter which she suddenly changed the story to 4 months payment and I told her that is was we did not agree on she must listen to the recording and sent me the copy of that recording. I am still waiting for that telephone recording or for that matter for her call now she has a nerve of deducting another money this month from my account beacuse when I calculate the whole amount she actually **** about the discount.
